Caroline Laidlaw graduated from Kings College London with BSc (Hons) Nutrition (1989) and then a Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics (with Distinction) in 1990.
Caroline Laidlaw has worked in the NHS in a varied number of clinical and community settings from that time in London and Newcastle and since 2001 in Brighton. Caroline has specialised in many aspects of dietetics including Gastroenterology/ IBS, Weight Management (including running weight management groups), HIV, Oncology, Elderly Care, Mental Health and Community Development and training.
Caroline has worked in Private Practice since 2005 ( gastroenterology and irritable bowel, weight management and healthy living including bariatrics, oncology) and has been the dietitian for the Montefiore since its opening in 2012 (with Sian).
Hobbies include Swimming and cycling, cooking and experimenting with recipes.
